One theme that runs through this pile relates to the customer ... the input from the customer ... the interaction with the customer ... managing expectations, it’s important that you get a good working relationship going. Another theme relates to our understanding of their business. Another one has to do with control... having to share control with others or having to rely on third parties in some way. And then there are technical black holes that could open up, like interfacing problems.
