Explicit Representations

Part of the Statistics for Social and Behavioral Sciences book series (SSBS)

In this chapter, we present explicit representations of the projection matrix PV ¢W and generalized inverse (g-inverse) matrices given in Chapters 2 and 3, respectively, when basis vectors are given that generate \( V = Sp(A)\)and\( W = Sp(B),where,E^n = V \oplus W \)
