Abstract
This initial chapter is meant to enable the reader to visualize the landscape of ovarian cancer, organized by the tumor’s predominant morphologic pattern. This is not the only approach to diagnosing and grading ovarian cancer, but it is an option that may be attractive to trainees and practitioners who do not handle large volumes of ovarian tumors.
