Abstract

Atmosphere as a modelling object belongs to complex systems. Its state is formed under the influence of a great number of interacting natural and antropogeneous factors. Both kinds of factors are subjected to random change, fluctuating from the portions of centimeters to all over the modelling space measured by hundreds of kilometers.
