Abstract
The last few years have witnessed a plethora of activity around Web services [71, 84, 89, 55, 39, 27, 85, 10, 98, 87]. Web services are gradually taking root as a result of convergence of business and government efforts to make the Web the primary medium of interaction [61]. Furthermore, the maturity of XML-based Web service standards, such as SOAP and WSDL, are driving the rapid adoption of Web services [28, 17].
