Abstract
Most combinatorial chemistry technologies are based on solid phase synthesis. They can be realized using different format s and addressation techniques. Typically, reagents are dispensed into micro- or nanotiter plates [1]. Further investigation can be performed using a variety of techniques [2] including binding and inhibitor assays, screening of biological activity, mass spectroscopy, chromatography, and optical [1, 3] or electro chemical [4] methods.
