Abstract

After distributing the methods of the multiattribute synthetic evaluation, we introduced the Cloud-Model propounded by Professor Li, and designed a frame of the synthetic evaluation based on the Cloud-Model. Furthermore, in this chapter, we improved the formula of the Synthesized-Cloud, which adapts to the evaluation problems more than before. Simulation results show that the cloud model, introduced into the synthetic evaluation, solves the uncertain problem based on the linguistic term in a better way. Also, it can freely transform the quality concept to quantity concept. In addition, the improved method could capture more subtle information and the results obtained can be more realistic in nature.
