Abstract
As the compact Programmable Logic Controller (PLC ) has weak capacity of analog processing, in this chapter, we designed a programmable logic controller analog extension module which can meet the requirements of a small-scale monitoring system. In this chapter we have introduced the basic principle and implementation method of PLC analog extensions, given the hardware and software block diagram and main test data.
