Abstract
In this chapter, for resolving the conflict between two decision makers (DMs) who have different interests in hierarchical managerial or public organizations, two-level programming is discussed. In particular, we consider two-level programming problems with random variable and fuzzy random variable coefficients to deal with the uncertainty involved in cooperative and noncooperative decision making situations. By using optimization models provided in Chapters 3 and 4, the original stochastic and fuzzy random two-level programming problems are transformed into the deterministic two-level programming problems.
