Abstract

Pierre-Simon Laplace, was a famous mathematician from the 18th century, who is known for many things. How about having a transform named after you—the Laplace transform—pretty cool. He is also famous for posing the scientific question, “what is the probability the sun will rise tomorrow?”

Today I will discuss our version of his question: “What is the probability that P6=NP?” Okay, it not really the same as his question, but it is an interesting question.
