Abstract
Gentrification seems to be primarily another urban phenomenon such as urbanization, reurbanization, deindustrialization, or tertiarization (a term used to refer to the development of the tertiary service sector and the growing proportion of employment both of men and, particularly, of women, represented by this sector as compared with the primary and secondary sectors.) Theoretically, gentrification has to be analyzed like a market phenomenon.
