Abstract
The reference velocity group mobility model that uses an omniscient observer for knowing all the information of mobiles in the group and obtains topology information using the RPGM model scheme is described here. It is also articulated how the network partitioning can be predicted using the RVGM model. The partition prediction algorithm, clustering algorithm, and their applications are also provided.
