Abstract
Come see the Milky Way. Come to the mountains, come to the forests, come to the national parks and see for yourself our Galaxy’s power to inspire. Its glistening band across a jet black sky is the surest sight that we are part of a vast and complex Universe awaiting our discovery. And while each year there are fewer places where we can still hope to see the Milky Way, tonight, at least, I know I will be in one of them.
The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness. John Muir
