Abstract
Anxiety disorders manifest themselves as uncomfortable emotions, over-arousal of biological systems and changes in self-care behaviors. Interventions must address each of these categories of anxiety responses to help patients return to health. This chapter describes two clinical cases to demonstrate the use of the Pathways Model in anxiety disorders.
