Abstract
Today you are scheduled to anesthetize a 36-year-old lady (70 kg, 5 ft 4 in.) for right upper lobectomy for chronic atelectasis. Eighteen months before she had undergone successfully a heart and bilateral lung transplant. She has no other comorbidities.
