Abstract
There are a few things PMs should be doing at the end of a project, but I’d bet my lunch money that many of you don’t get to these tasks. The good news is that, while it can have a huge impact on how cleanly a project is wrapped up, none of these tasks is very difficult or time-consuming. Let me show you what you really should be doing at the end of a project.
