Abstract
Once you have your plans and solutions, you have to make sure they will work. Testing is the principal way of doing this. However, testing has to be regular; most organizations and their technology change quickly. This chapter covers the reasons testing is so important, some of the most important testing principles, the tests you can administer, and the different scenarios you should test for.
