Abstract
Whether building a system from scratch, or leveraging the power of Drupal to cut time and reduce bugs, you must have access to adequate configuration throughout the system. By that we mean various settings and options that let you tweak all kinds of functionality. This can include anything ranging from the site name and log, down to the manner in which log entries are created by the underlying PHP code.
