Abstract
Once upon a time, there was this desire to become Agile. This is how your story begins. But giving an account of the achievement of an agile transformation is more complex and challenging than many realize. It is a story that requires a change in culture—one of the hardest things to do. It is a tale beset by many obstacles, including people who either do not try to understand the value Agile brings or who try to impede the effort.
