Abstract
More and more, we see teams from separate geographic locations working together. Large organizations today have development teams in different countries and sometimes on different continents. If you work for such an organization, you may find yourself in a situation where day-to-day interpersonal communication isn’t possible. You need to find other ways to collaborate.
