Abstract
It feels as though your eyes are going to burst because the light has become so bright. As the air somehow finds its way to the second story window, it’s redirected to your face by the turning blades of the ceiling fan. The climate is cold and brisk; it is yet another day. You roll to your side and bring the covers up to your neck — they’re warm from many hours of concentrated body exposure. Your eyes feel as though they were open for nearly forty-eight hours the day before. As you look at the clock, you promise to get up in another fifteen minutes. As your rise and stretch your legs, back, and arms thirty minutes later, you feet your muscles as if they were being stretchecgr the first time.
