Abstract
You’re probably quite familiar with the concept of remote control. Anyone who has ever pointed a remote control at a television to change the channel knows the benefits of not having to get up off the couch! Some of you might have used a remote control device to steer a small car around a room, and maybe you’ve even had the good fortune to pilot a small plane or helicopter using a handheld controller. These are examples of performing a task on an object without actually having to touch that object.
