Abstract
Laura Murphy is the director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Washington, DC, office—a position she held from 1993 to 2005 and again since 2010. Before returning to the ACLU, she ran her own lobbying firm, Laura Murphy & Associates, LLC, representing both corporate and nonprofit clients.
