Abstract
When developing web applications and content, a rich user interface can make your project both appealing and easy to use. More often than not, you’ll want to add some animation and nice visual effects to your elements. So far to achieve this, even basically, you have needed to use JavaScript or an external plug-in (like Adobe Flash). Moreover, you often had to turn text into images and use all kinds of small hacks and tedious tricks (which almost always have an impact on your page accessibility or page loads or have some Search Engine Optimization issues).
