Abstract

Before you have a project, you have a proposal. The project definition is vital because the proposal sets the tone for the entire life of the project. From our years of experience in advising clients on projects, we’ve developed the following simple approach to easily navigate the pre-project phase:

  • What is the problem?

  • Can we help solve the problem?

  • Outlining the solution: the scope of work Since the proposal is the first work product of yours that the client will see, it’s vital to set a great first impression. With this in mind, we also cover how to prepare client documents.
