“Let’s do it all again!”

Abstract

Chapter 1 talked about why you’re a project manager. One of the most compelling reasons is that your job requires you to do new things, learn new topics, and, often, launch new products. It’s a job where the principles remain the same, but the problem domain, industry, and challenges are ever changing. Being able to take your old skills and apply them toward new and different frontiers is something very few other positions can claim.
