Abstract
In this chapter, it’s time to cater to those of you out there who don’t have a server at your disposal and are looking for a third party to host your code repository. If you happen to fall into this category, or if you’re just interested in looking at what’s out there because the idea of managing your own repositories worries you a little, then this chapter is for you. We’ll be going through some third-party solutions for hosting SVN, Git, and Mercurial repositories. Some of them may even be able to help you if you have multiple repositories using multiple versioning systems. The prices we’ll be looking at in this chapter are valid as of early 2012, but it may be worth double-checking the respective websites for the most current pricing.
