Abstract
Steven Dietz is part of the founding team at GRP Partners,1 a leading venture capital fund in Southern California. Steven has served on the boards of more than fifteen companies in the financial services, consumer retail, and alternative energy industries. These companies include CTSpace (acquired by Sword Group), Bill Me Later (acquired by eBay), DealerTrack Holdings, Koral (acquired by Salesforce.com), and UGO Entertainment (acquired by Hearst Corporation and more recently by IGN Entertainment).
I have had the opportunity to work closely with the partners at GRP and I am very impressed by how GRP approaches venture investments. Entrepreneurs may find GRP partner Mark Suster’s blog, Both Sides of the Table (www.bothsidesofthetable.com), to be very informative.
