Abstract

Issues are major problems that impede the progress of a project. They are different from normal problems because they can’t be resolved without outside help. Usually, when problems arise on a project, there are some alternatives that will resolve the problem or help you to implement a workaround. In many cases, a number of viable solutions are available—you just need to find the best one. Sometimes the resolution will end up costing money and time. Sometimes a solution doesn’t cost anything but the time you spend resolving it.
