Abstract
Hello and welcome to SharePoint 2010. Microsoft SharePoint has journeyed a long way since the early days of 2001 and SharePoint Portal Server 2003. SharePoint administrators and developers jumped for joy in 2007 when Microsoft launched Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS), because that version shipped with many more features and enhancements that meant SharePoint had truly become a “platform” of substance. Now, I am pleased to write about the latest version of the SharePoint platform—SharePoint Server 2010.
