Abstract
When it comes to business, nothing is more important than being able to communicate with another person, be it a customer/client, colleague, supervisor, employee, or even the occasional family member or friend. But contact doesn’t just mean the ability to call, e-mail, or text someone. It often also means the ability to understand who they are, where the work, and what their needs are.
