Abstract

Data mapping often involves decisions. One data element gets mapped to the target only under certain conditions. Another gets mapped every time, but the target changes depending on some variable. These if/else constructs are frequent requirements in mapping. This chapter discusses many of the conditional mapping situations that are encountered in mapping in BizTalk.
