Abstract
Running a server is one thing. Running a server that works well is something else. On a server whose default settings haven’t been changed since installation, things may just go terribly wrong from a performance perspective. Finding a performance problem on a Linux server is not that easy. You need to know what your computer is doing and how to interpret performance monitoring data. In this chapter you’ll learn how to do just that.
