In this chapter I will be going over how to wrap, or encapsulate, your data access in classes and components. You will see example code that covers some of the principles of Object Oriented Programming (OOP). Wrapper is generally a term used by programmers for the more proper term class. In the context of this book, a wrapper is a class. This chapter contains important information that I will use in Chapter 11 to finish the UserMan example application. You’ll also find hands-on exercises in this chapter that will take you through creating a database project, and adding scripts, queries, and command files.
