Abstract

In the last chapter I touched on the fundamental technologies that make up ADO.NET. I also led a quick tour of the facilities in Visual Studio, paying special attention to those parts designed to make your life easier as a developer of database applications. It was all great stuff, and very valuable, but hardly something that’s going to impress the eager client paying your hourly bills. In this chapter you start coding.
