Abstract
Originally, the Web provided a large repository of hypertext documents. People working on a single project from widely scattered locations gained the ability to share project information as soon as it was updated. This ability proved so valuable that innovative souls quickly began to post and retrieve all kinds of information on the Web. Even with the tremendous advances made in Web technology over the past few years, much of the value and lure of the Web continues to be the treasure trove of solid information that’s available to the knowledgeable and discerning Web surfer.
