Abstract
I recall the first time I opened Acrobat, which I think was version 3. By that time, I had been working with software for years and thought this was just one more weapon to add to my digital arsenal. Well. Didn’t work out so smoothly right from the start. I nonchalantly opened the File drop-down menu and moved my mouse over to click New. Which wasn’t there. Tried my usual shortcut keys. Nothing.
