The use of forms varies from business to business. But can you imagine interacting with anyone in government, health, banking, or virtually any other type of organization without the presence of at least one form?
Is there anything you do in life that isn’t form driven at some level? Not much. In the realms of business and conducting day-to-day activities, forms are ubiquitous.
