Abstract
Odbc is not a programming language, but rather a database interface that is well liked in Microsoft circles. MyODBC makes it possible to address MySQL via ODBC. That means that under Windows popular products and programming languages such as Access, Excel, Visual Basic, and VBA can be used for working with MySQL databases.
