Abstract
As a multimedia platform, QUALCOMM BREW wouldn’t be complete without interfaces to play sounds. As with its graphics support, QUALCOMM BREW provides a handful of interfaces of increasing sophistication. These interfaces let your application play everything from simple tones to highly compressed yet rich sound samples encoded using technologies such as QUALCOMM PureVoice and MP3.
