Abstract
The Internet has been a hot bed of innovative development techniques for quite some time. In some cases, such as HypeText Markup Language (HTML) tags, these techniques are finally starting to mature, but no one actually implements all of the existing standardized tags. The techniques you use today will likely change tomorrow when new standards and specifications arrive on the scene. In short, to provide a consistent and stable environment for their Web sites, many developers take the view that only established technologies need apply for their consideration.
