Abstract
After R&D’s reorganization erased the COW project, my teammates and I were shuffled around like baseball cards. Managers haggled over programming talent as projects dissolved, and people went up for grabs. Lightning struck twice, and I ended up with three of my old coworkers: Long John Silver, Our Sherman, and the Godfather.
Put your troops where they have no place to go, and they will die before fleeing.
