Abstract

Installing a code cache is quick and provides your Web site with an instantaneous speed increase. Code caches store compiled PHP pages, allowing PHP to avoid recompiling a page every time it is requested. If you’re not currently using a code cache, read this chapter to learn the easiest way to boost performance with the smallest amount of effort. If you’re already using a code cache, this chapter helps you optimize your setup.
