Abstract
Having designed the logical model of the dimensional data store and normalized data store in the previous chapter, this chapter will cover how we implement those data stores physically as SQL Server databases. For an experienced DBA, this should not be a problem. In the previous chapter, we defined all the columns, all the data types, and the relationships between tables. It should be quite straightforward to now create those tables, right?
