Abstract
Now that you’ve seen the high-level overview of FogBugz, you’re ready to start working with cases related to your own products. But there’s an art to working with cases effectively. You need to understand the categories of cases, where they come from, and their composition. FogBugz also offers more advanced facilities such as adding screenshots to cases and filtering cases to get just the ones that you need to work with at the moment. New in FogBugz 6.0 is a system for flagging specific cases so that you can get back to them quickly. In this chapter, I’ll show you how to manage cases easily and effectively.
