Abstract
Language-Integrated Query (LINQ) is a set of new technologies built into the .NET 3.5 Framework. If you currently use ADO.NET to consume data from Microsoft Access/SQL Server, XMLTextReader for XML, or FileSystemObject for other files, LINQ will change the way you work. LINQ eases your use of disparate data sources by providing a common object model and syntax to consume data within your VB 2008 applications.
