Abstract
The Analytics and Tuning Studio is new to OCS 2007 Speech Server. It provides reports and tools to help you analyze your applications so that you can improve the experience for your users, as described in this chapter. However, before you can generate any reports or use the analysis tools, you need to configure logging options and specify which log files you want to analyze, so we’ll look at how to do that first.
