Abstract
Kevin lives in New York, NY. He rides a motorcycle. He has jumped out of a perfectly good airplane at 13,000 feet for fun—with his wife no less! Kevin and his wife decided to have two kids. Heck, he even asked Apress to let us write this book! Our point is Kevin seems to have a taste for doing crazy things.
