Abstract

Creating tables of contents, footnotes, citations, and bibliographies can be tedious work, but Word 2007 has streamlined its reference features to make these tasks much easier. First, all the features are grouped together on the References tab (see Figure 7-1), so they’re all easy to find. Second, the process of applying the formats has been simplified. For example, you can specify a document style such as MLA or APA and apply the document formats with a single click.
