You should now be familiar with the most common widgets used in GTK+, and how to use them to create the vast majority of the interfaces you will need in your applications. In the next chapter, I will explain ways of extending GTK+ and taking advantage of other features it provides in order to do things not available with the default GTK+ widgets.
